Extensions and alterations in Listed houses require careful assessment of the significance of the existing building fabric to avoid affecting the building's historic character. As well as planning consent the project will require Listed Building consent from the council.

How does it work?

We will prepare listed building applications for Grade 1, II* and II listed buildings and prepare 1:5 details as required.
