DHV Architects have gained planning approval for a contemporary new build studio in Clifton, Bristol. Set on a backland plot currently occupied by a residential garage, the new unit completes the redevelopment of a cul-de-sac in the Clifton conservation area.

 

The new building is a modern, flat roofed volume with a timber-clad first floor featuring a large glazed frontage. Internally the property will provide a light and airy yoga studio above a garage and ancillary spaces.
