DHV Architects have been commissioned to design the conversion of a substantial Victorian building into high specification residential units. To mitigate the loss of employment space a masterplan for a new four storey office block has been developed. The landscape  design creates a more ”dignified” setting for the existing historic building. A new piazza will form a focal point and a green axis will link the transparent circulation areas with the newly landscaped grounds.
