DHV Architects have led this transformation of a 1920s house including two sleek extensions. To make the most of the views into the surrounding parkland, two glazed balconies have been added.

The larger extension comprises a generous contemporary kitchen and dining room while the smaller extension enlarges the existing living room. White rendered walls and triple sliding doors with a slim profile create a sleek, contemporary look. The balcony features a walk on rooflight by Glazing Vision. Another interesting feature is the full size Glazing Vision eaves roof light in the kitchen area.
