DHV Architects have gained planning consent to transform the former Motorcycle Workshop into a sustainable, creative and entrepreneurial space to live, work and play. The ground and first floor will be refurbished to create a cafe on the street front, with office space on both levels. A two storey addition extension will provide eight spacious new flats within a metal-clad contemporary structure.
